"Le Crepuscule" translates in English to Twighlight, and it was one of four statues that were commissioned to represent different times of the day, with the others being called Night, Dawn, and Day.

Artist

Gustave Adolphe Désiré Crauck (1827-1905) was a French sculptor with a long distinguished career. Educated at the École des Beaux-Arts, Crauck took the Prix de Rome in1851.
